Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Cloud Support Engineer to join our team at DigitalOcean. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing and excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex cloud-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve service quality.
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
Conduct regular system audits to identify potential security vulnerabilities and recommend remediation measures.
Create documentation and training materials to assist customers in using our services effectively.
Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support of production systems.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS or Azure.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues quickly.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Experience with incident management tools and ticketing systems.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and principles.
