Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting customer project deployments in AWS, Google Cloud (GCP), and Microsoft Azure. Collaborate with development teams to design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient solutions. Identify areas for improvement in system performance, reliability, and security. Conduct regular performance testing, capacity planning, and optimization activities. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures. Collaborate with development teams to deploy new code to the production environment. Manage incident response with engineers and clients. You will be required to work in rotating 24/7 shifts.
