Senior Cloud Support Engineer

Role Overview: As a member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting customer project deployments in AWS, Google Cloud (GCP), and Microsoft Azure. You will collaborate with development teams to design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient solutions. Identifying areas for improvement in system performance, reliability, and security will be a key part of your role. Your tasks will also include conducting regular performance testing, capacity planning, and optimization activities. It will be essential for you to maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures. Furthermore, you will collaborate with development teams to deploy new code to the production environment and manage incident responses with engineers and clients. The role will require you to work in rotating 24/7 shifts.
