As an Artwork Project Coordinator you will assist in managing multiple packaging artwork projects, from design through to print production, for a leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client. With over 2-3 years of experience in creative project coordination, you will work closely with senior team members to assist in day-to-day operations of artwork projects, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within the defined timeline and scope. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a global environment within a CPG company or a related industry. Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of multiple artwork projects from design through to print package.

Facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Design, R&D, Regulatory, and supply chain and external stakeholders (agencies, printers, suppliers).

Assist the artwork project managers in meeting agendas, document minutes of meetings (MoMs), and coordinate on all activities related to packaging artwork.

Maintain up-to-date records of project progress using project management tools and spreadsheets. This includes tracking milestones, deliverables, and any deviations from the original plan.

Communicate updates to Artwork project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and highlight potential impacts or risks

Assist in creating post-project reviews, documentation to summarize lessons learned and recommend improvements.

Assist in compiling all project documents, including regular status reports that highlight progress, challenges, and solutions.

Manage feedback loops, consolidating inputs to minimize iterations and maintain efficiency.

Skills needed but not limited to

Bachelors degree in marketing, design, project management, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in artwork coordination, printing and digital assets creation within a CPG or FMCG environment.

Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira is crucial for tracking tasks, deadlines, and progress.

Familiarity in artwork and design software is beneficial; while direct design involvement is not required, a basic understanding of platforms like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) can enhance communication with creative teams .

Highly motivated, with strong enthusiasm to work with Global & Local stakeholders

Excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills
