Artist Management and Sales

As a Talent Manager, your role involves building and maintaining relationships with artists and clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful collaborations. You will oversee the programming process by coordinating with artists, performers, and technical staff to schedule and integrate performances and other artistic activities. It is crucial to stay updated with current trends, emerging artists, and programming opportunities in the industry. Your responsibility will also include providing on-site management during events to oversee the smooth execution of artist and programming elements, while maintaining accurate records of artist and programming activities. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze industry trends and generate leads - Conduct market research - Provide exceptional customer service to talent and clients - Assist in budget planning and monitor expenditures related to artistic and programming aspects of events - Ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality Qualifications: - Proven experience in 360 Artist management & Sales - Strong negotiation and contract management abilities - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Organizational and multitasking skills - Experience in the entertainment industry In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will be eligible for Provident Fund benefits.
