Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Assessment of business needs, challenges, and goals and gather detailed requirements,

feasibility studies for AI solutions.

Develop a strategic AI roadmap aligning with the business objectives.

Evaluate existing technologies and infrastructure to determine compatibility with AI solutions.

Provide recommendations on the adoption of new technologies or the enhancement of existing ones.

Ensure compliance with existing policies, regulations, and ethical standards.

Support in development of policies related to AI data privacy, security, and transparency and analyzing potential risks and benefits associated with AI implementation.

Support in design, development and implementation of custom AI solutions.

Support in capacity building of government staff to enhance their understanding of AI

technologies.

Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of AI

implementations.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI systems and make recommendations for

improvements.

Skill Required

B.E. / B.Tech (CS/IT/EC) + Certifications in AI, machine learning, or data science with 3- 10 Years of Experience in Artificial intelligence and Machine learning environment.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

Strong skills in data analysis and manipulation.

In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms, techniques, and frameworks.

Experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.

Familiarity with Natural Language Processing data techniques and tools for processing and

understanding textual data.

Understanding of big data technologies.

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for scalable and flexible AI infrastructure.

Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical

stakeholders.

Experience in project management to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of AI projects.

Understanding of ethical considerations in AI and a commitment to ensuring responsible and

transparent AI practices.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
