Job Description

Role Overview:
Lead design and delivery of LLM-powered, agentic AI solutions with robust RAG pipelines and prompt-engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Integrate and optimize LLM APIs (OpenAI, FILxGPT ) for scalable services
Craft, test and refine high-impact prompts and chains
Architect agentic workflows combining retrieval, LLM generation and external tools
Build end-to-end RAG systems: data ingestion, embedding/indexing, hybrid retrieval, grounded generation
Ensure model governance: versioning, monitoring, bias/security audits

Qualifications:

5+ years
in AI/ML engineering with 2+ years on LLM/agentic systems
Deep expertise in prompt engineering, RAG architectures and vector databases
Proficient in Python, cloud (AWS Preferred ), Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD
Strong communication and mentorship skills
