Job Description

Why This Internship Hands-on impact: Ship production features that power our agent infrastructure. Mentorship: Work side-by-side with senior engineers who built the original stack. Future growth: High performers receive priority consideration for a full-time AI Engineer role. What You’ll Do During the 6-month program you will: Assist in Agentic AI Systems: Help design and test multi-agent pipelines for lead enrichment and task orchestration. Integrate Generative AI: Prototype OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini calls via LiteLLM (or similar) for real-time RAG. Build Python Backends: Contribute to FastAPI services and PostgreSQL schemas. Support Real-Time Conversations: Implement WebSocket endpoints and message-queue workers. Develop Scoring & Insights: Pair with mentors to combine business logic and ML signals. CRM & Data Sync: Help build connectors for Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho. Automation Infrastructure: Prototype no-code triggers and outcome visualizations. What We’re Looking For Core Skills Solid Python fundamentals; coursework or personal projects using FastAPI and SQL. Familiarity with generative-AI libraries (OpenAI, LangChain/LangGraph, etc.). Basic understanding of Docker and Redis (class projects count). Comfort with Git and an agile, async workflow. Nice-to-Have Prior internships or hackathon projects in AI/ML or backend systems. Exposure to CRM APIs or automation tools (Zapier, n8n). Knowledge of React or Chainlit for simple UIs. Experience deploying on GCP or similar clouds. Logistics Duration: 6 months, full-time (paid). Location: Fully remote; core hours overlap with GMT±3 preferred.
