As a talented Kore.ai Developer with over 3 years of experience in developing, deploying, and managing AI-powered automation solutions using the Kore.ai XO Platform (version 11+), you will play a crucial role in implementing cutting-edge AI Business Automation projects. Your expertise in Conversational AI, Generative AI, and Contact Center AI, coupled with a deep understanding of NLP/NLU, LLM integrations, and Conversational Design principles, will be instrumental in helping clients enhance their Customer Experience (CX) and Employee Experience (EX) through intelligent automation. You will be responsible for working on diverse AI Business Automation projects spanning various industries, leveraging your proficiency in Conversational AI & Generative AI development, Voice AI, AI Chatbots, and Conversational Design & Agentic Platforms. Your strong grasp of automation AI, search AI, agent AI, contact center AI, RAG, LLM integration, NLP/NLU, and prompt engineering will be essential for successfully executing these projects. To excel in this role, you should possess a solid foundation in JavaScript and Python for scripting and bot customization, as well as a robust knowledge of API integration and backend connectivity, including RESTful services and webhooks. Experience in Full Stack Development would be advantageous, along with familiarity with AI Business Automation use cases in sectors such as healthcare, BFSI, retail, and manufacturing. Your problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and excellent communication and collaboration skills will be pivotal in driving the success of AI deployments. Additionally, having experience integrating with enterprise contact center solutions, familiarity with Agent AI and Voice Bot implementations, exposure to LLM platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Vertex AI, and proficiency in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP would be beneficial.
