As a Senior Specialist Business consultant (AI- Application Consultant) at NiCE, you will be part of the AI Center of Excellence Organization, focused on delivering excellence and driving increased adoption and bottom-line ROI from our portfolio of AI solutions, specifically in Intelligent Virtual Assistants (IVAs), Natural Language Understanding (NLU), and Interaction Analytics technologies. Your role will involve ensuring optimal performance and continuous enhancement of customers" IVAs and NLU models. You will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing IVAs and NLU models, analyzing data to derive insights for improvement, conducting testing and quality assurance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing automated BI solutions.
