Hiring for AI Architect
- Experience: 8-12 years
- Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
- Location: Pune
- Required Skills: Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Databricks, Azure ML, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI solutions using large language models, NLP, and machine learning
- Lead high-performing engineering teams and ensure AI governance in regulated environments
- Develop scalable AI architectures on cloud platforms
- Work with CI/CD pipelines, MLOps tools, and containerization
Preferred Qualifications
- Databricks certifications
- Experience with real-time data processing, feature stores, and streaming ML
- Familiarity with AI governance, explainable AI, and responsible AI frameworks
- Experience with tools like Airflow, Terraform, or cloud-native ML services
