Artificial Intelligence Architect

Experience Level:

• Architect and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions using Microsoft Azure, including Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure Cognitive Services
• Design Agentic AI systems using frameworks such as LangChain, Autogen, and LangGraph to enable autonomous multi-agent workflows
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using Azure AI Search, Azure Cosmos DB, and pgvector for context-aware LLM applications
• Lead the fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment of LLMs (GPT, Phi, Orca, etc.) using Azure ML, MLflow, and Hugging Face on Azure
• Implement LLMOps practices for model lifecycle management using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and Terraform
• Collaborate with data engineers to build scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Databricks on Azure
• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications via Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, and Dynamics 365 using Copilot Studio and AI Builder
• Ensure AI systems comply with GDPR, HIPAA, and Microsoft Responsible AI principles
• Communicate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Mentor and guide technical teams on GenAI and Agentic AI best practices

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML solution architecture, with proven delivery of production-grade systems
• Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and Generative AI
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Phi, Orca, etc.) and agentic frameworks (LangChain, Autogen, LangGraph)
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, and DSPy
• Familiarity with Azure AI stack including Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Azure AI Search, and Power Platform
• Experience with vector databases and RAG architectures
• Solid understanding of LLMOps, MLOps, and DevOps practices using Microsoft tools
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Power Automate
• Familiarity with LangGraph, OpenAI Function Calling, and Toolformer-style architectures
• Exposure to multi-modal AI using Azure Cognitive Vision and Speech Services
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or published research in GenAI
