About the Role

AI Architect

Roles & Responsibilities

Define AI strategy with collaboration from Data Science, Engineering & Product teams
Create AI Roadmaps for clients across multiple domains
Design and oversee AI/ML solution architecture
Evaluate AI tools, frameworks & platforms to match business needs
Ensure ethical and standard-compliant AI implementations
Mentor engineers and data scientists, providing tech leadership
Monitor & optimize performance of AI systems post-deployment
Support pre-sales, client demos & solutioning based on requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or related
3+ years in AI/ML development and architecture roles
Strong grasp of ML, Deep Learning, NLP, Generative & Agentic AI, Computer Vision
Proficient in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent frameworks
Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP & MLOps tools
Knowledge of data engineering, model deployment, automation pipelines
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Good to Have

PhD or Masters in Statistics
Experience integrating AI into enterprise applications
Background in CXM / BPM industry
Certifications in AI/ML or Cloud Architecture
