Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Articled Assistant based at Noida. The Articled Assistant will assist in preparing financial statements, conducting audits, filing GST returns, performing taxation and compliance checks, and ensuring adherence to corporate laws. Responsibilities also include supporting the team with research, preparing reports, and helping with business advisory and financial services under the firm's supervision.

Qualifications

• Financial analysis, auditing, and financial reporting skills
• Proficiency in GST filing, taxation, and corporate law compliance
• Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail
• Proven organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field is preferred
• Enrollment in ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) Articleship is mandatory
• Knowledge of accounting software and tools such as Tally and MS Office
