Role Description

Article Trainee

Key Responsibilities

Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits across multiple sectors
Support in income tax return preparation, GST compliance, and filing
Prepare and maintain books of accounts and financial statements
Conduct analytical reviews, vouching, verification, and reconciliations
Assist in research assignments and drafting technical notes on accounting and tax matters
Participate in due diligence and consultancy projects
Coordinate with clients for audit queries and documentation support

Qualifications & Skills

Education:
IPCC (both groups) qualified or CMA Inter preferred
Strong understanding of accounting concepts, standards, and auditing procedures
Hands-on experience or familiarity with accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books)
Proficiency in
MS Excel
, Word, and PowerPoint
Good knowledge of
Income Tax
,
GST
, and
Company Law basics
Excellent analytical and research skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
