Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Article Assistant located in New Delhi. The Article Assistant will be responsible for assisting in business compliance, performing financial audits, handling income tax and GST related matters, and supporting the team in international taxation tasks. Additional responsibilities include aiding in the registration and compliance processes for NGOs and non-profit organizations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Income Tax and GST compliance and litigation
• Familiarity with International Taxation and IFRS (IndAS)
• Experience with financial auditing and virtual CFO services
• Understanding of NGO and non-profit organization registration and compliance
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage on-site responsibilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field/courses undertaken towards CA
