Role Responsibilities

· Audit Execution: Conduct internal audits aligned with SEBI regulations.

· Process Review: Identify irregularities and offer actionable improvements.

· Regulatory Compliance: Ensure clients comply with SEBI and stock exchange rules.

· Client Interaction: Collect required data and provide clear audit explanations.

· Documentation: Maintain organized audit records and draft detailed reports.

· Learning & Development: Stay updated with industry practices and circulars.

Eligibility

Students registered under CA Articleship (ICAI)

Education

B.Com, M.Com or if you are passionate about capital markets!

Stipend Details

Monthly Article-ship Stipend

1st Year - ₹15,000

2nd Year - ₹20,000

Other Perks:

· Annual Performance Bonus

· Health Insurance (₹5,00,000 Coverage for Self & Spouse)

Other Terms:

Industrial Training and transfers are not applicable during the article ship

Statutory audit & Tax audit are not part of the article ship scope

Conveyance expenses will be reimbursed based on the actual cost incurred.
