Art Director

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Art Director located in Noida. This role requires a strong sense of design, storytelling, and branding across traditional and integrated platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptual Thinking:

• Develop and pitch original, visually compelling ideas in response to briefs for print, TV, OOH, digital, and integrated campaigns.

• Design Leadership:

• Lead the visual execution of campaigns—guiding designers, photographers, illustrators, and production teams.

• Creative Collaboration:

• Partner with copywriters to create cohesive and impactful messaging; work with the broader creative team to ensure visual consistency across all brand touchpoints.

• Production Oversight:

• Supervise shoots, edits, and final artwork; ensure high production values and brand alignment.

• Trend Awareness:

• Stay updated on design, culture, advertising trends, and competitor campaigns to keep our work fresh and relevant.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Mainline Ad Agency
• Prior Knowledge of working on Creative Campaigns
• A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and polished design across ATL platforms (TV, print, OOH), with some digital experience
• BFA or MFA is a must

Preferred:

• Awards or recognition at major advertising festivals (Cannes, D&AD, One Show, etc.)
