🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing creative concepts and visual designs for branding, digital campaigns, and social content

• Work closely with Senior Visualisers, Copywriters, and Strategy teams to turn briefs into visually compelling ideas

• Translate ideas into effective designs across formats: social media posts, presentations, web graphics, reels, print layouts, etc.

• Ensure consistency and attention to detail in all creative output

• Stay up to date with current design trends, pop culture references, and digital-first content formats

• Take feedback like a champ and use it to improve your work

📐 Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field

• 0–2 years of experience (internships/freelance work count!)

• A portfolio that showcases your creativity, design sensibilities, and passion (college projects welcome!)

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign — After Effects is a bonus)

• Curiosity, enthusiasm, and a collaborative spirit

• Basic understanding of design for digital (Instagram, web banners, presentations)

• A good eye. A better attitude.
