Location: Noida

Working Hours: 12PM to 9PM

Job Overview

Art Director

Key Responsibilities

Lead visual ideation and execution for integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, video, social, and branding).
Develop compelling visual concepts that align with client strategy and business objectives.
Translate marketing strategies into design concepts, storyboards, layouts, and final assets.
Collaborate with the Creative Director, Copywriters, Designers, and Project Managers to ensure timely and high-quality output.
Stay updated on design trends, technologies, and tools to bring innovation to the table.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, or related field.
6+ years of experience in an agency or design-focused role, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or Art Director capacity.
A strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing campaigns, digital media, and cross-channel design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, or other design tools.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
Experience working with global brands or B2B tech clients is a plus.
Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.

Preferred

Knowledge of motion graphics, video production, or web design is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
