Role Overview:

KSHM is looking for a fashion-forward, self-motivated creative to lead the visual and stylistic direction of the brand across all content and campaigns. You’ll take charge of styling, shoot execution, and content production while ensuring premium aesthetics and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end shoot execution — from concept development to styling, on-set direction, and final output.
• Style the unisex collections in line with KSHM’s sustainable athleisure aesthetic and premium brand ethos.
• Plan and manage shoot logistics, including procurement of props, garments, location coordination, and vendor management.
• Collaborate with content, design, and production teams to bring creative campaigns to life.
• Curate detailed shoot decks, mood boards, and styling references aligned with seasonal campaigns.
• Direct camera angles, lighting moods, and visual storytelling to deliver high-impact imagery.
• Maintain a consistent, elevated visual language across all brand touchpoints.
• Handle projects independently with minimal supervision and high ownership.
• Guide and supervise junior stylists or freelance crew when required.
• Stay updated with global trends in fashion, styling, visual art, and culture.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of professional experience in videography (UGC Content for a fashion brand or agency client)

• 0-3 years

  of experience in styling, art direction, or content production within fashion/lifestyle/e-commerce.
• Proven experience in managing shoots, logistics, and styling end-to-end.
• A strong portfolio showcasing premium aesthetics, styling sensibility, and creative direction.
• Knowledge of camera angles, lighting techniques, and fashion photography.
• Excellent understanding of athleisure styling, fit, fabric, and garment behaviour.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Styling, Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred).
