Job Summary:

We are seeking an Art Director with a sharp creative vision, excellent design sensibilities, and a knack for inspiring creative teams to produce innovative, high-quality visuals across multiple platforms. This role requires both strategic insight and hands-on design expertise, including a solid understanding of video editing. As the Art Director, you will lead a team of designers and video editors, guiding them from concept through completion to deliver impactful, on-brand visuals that align with the company’s goals.

Responsibilities:

- Creative Leadership: Lead a team of designers and video editors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

- Project Oversight: Oversee all visual design projects from start to finish, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with brand guidelines.

- Conceptualization: Interpret briefs, define project requirements, and develop high-level creative concepts that meet both aesthetic and strategic goals.

- Mentorship: Guide and mentor team members, providing feedback and encouraging skill development and innovation.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, copywriters, and project managers to understand and fulfill project objectives.

- Design & Execution: Review and refine all design elements produced by the team, ensuring top-tier quality and adherence to brand standards. Hands-on design as needed to support high-priority projects.

- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, balancing workloads and deadlines to maximize team efficiency.

- Feedback & Revision: Conduct quality checks on all work and incorporate client and team feedback in a constructive manner.

- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on design trends and tools to keep our work fresh, innovative, and competitive.

Requirements:

- Proven Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a design role, with 2+ years in a leadership or senior design position in a creative agency.

- Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Premiere Pro), Corel Draw Primer pro and other industry-standard design and video editing tools.

- Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design and art direction across various mediums.

- Leadership Skills: Excellent English communication written and verbal both. team-building, and project management abilities.

- Attention to Detail: High standards for design, color, and layout, ensuring that final outputs are visually appealing and aligned with brand identity.

- Creativity: Ability to conceptualize visually engaging ideas that resonate with target audiences and meet client objectives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
