Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for leading the conceptualization, design, and production of all multimedia content across social media platforms, CRM, and digital channels. This includes creating visually engaging and brand-aligned assets that support marketing objectives, enhance audience engagement, and elevate brand presence across markets.
  • Content Creation:

    Develop and produce multimedia content (static, motion, video, GIFs, animations, and other digital assets) tailored for each platform and audience.
  • Campaign Ideation:

    Collaborate with the account management and creative teams to conceptualize and execute ideas for key tentpole moments — including celebration days, product launches, seasonal promotions, and corporate initiatives.
  • Digital & CRM Assets:

    Design visually cohesive and high-performing materials for newsletters, email campaigns, and website content, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Brand Consistency:

    Uphold the brand’s visual identity and tone across all content and adapt guidelines for different platforms and campaign needs.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with copywriters, social media managers, and marketing leads to translate campaign concepts into impactful visual stories.
  • Innovation:

    Stay up to date with digital and design trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovative formats to enhance content engagement and performance.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years in creative advertising agencies, ideally from a multinational network
  • Experience in both  digital/social platforms as well as campaigns spanning across different platforms that include film, activations, experiential, etc;
  • Experience on digital/social platforms as well as campaigns – direct ideation or key involvement – spanning across different platforms that include film, activations, experiential, etc;
  • Possesses the knowledge on which social media content performs best
  • Social media & Digital content, including social platforms, CRM and web long-form, promotional films/ads captions
  • In-depth knowledge of software design programs such as InVision, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Ability to collaborate on long-term projects
  • Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principals, and animation
  • Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge of digital/web publishing software
