Job Description

As a candidate for the position, you will be responsible for various aspects of administrative management within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting in the recruitment process for administrative staff and ensuring they receive proper training. - Addressing employee concerns, handling disciplinary matters, and ensuring a positive work environment. - Evaluating and managing the performance of administrative staff, providing feedback, and promoting professional development. In addition, you will be involved in the following areas: **Logistics and Supply Management:** - Maintaining and managing inventory of office supplies, equipment, and other essential materials. - Sourcing and purchasing necessary supplies and equipment for the unit or facility. - Ensuring smooth transportation, storage, and distribution of supplies. **Financial Management:** - Managing and tracking departmental budgets, ensuring funds are used effectively and efficiently. - Preparing and submitting financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. - Overseeing and approving travel expenses, ensuring compliance with travel policies. **Record Keeping and Documentation:** - Maintaining accurate and organized records of personnel, financial transactions, and other administrative matters. - Ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and maintained, complying with regulations. - Managing and maintaining databases and other electronic records. **Facilities Management:** - Overseeing the maintenance of buildings, facilities, and other infrastructure. - Managing real estate assets and ensuring their efficient and safe operation. - Implementing and maintaining security protocols for the unit or facility. **Coordination and Communication:** - Collaborating effectively with other departments and personnel within the unit. - Ensuring clear and effective communication within the administrative team and with other stakeholders. - Identifying and resolving administrative issues and challenges.
