Job Description

We Are Hiring: Area Service Manager

Locations

Position Overview:-

Area Service Manager (ASM) Service

Key Responsibilities

Manage
franchisee service operations
within the assigned territory
Handle
call volumes of approx. 500-600 calls/month
(Consumer Electronics & Durables)
Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery across locations
Implement service processes and monitor adherence
Conduct periodic
travel across Karnataka/Tamil Nadu
(Approx. 2 times/month) for audits, training, and reviews
Drive
retention metrics
, ensuring improved customer satisfaction
Handle
branding and service visibility
at franchisee outlets
Troubleshoot operational issues, escalate when required, and ensure closure

Candidate Profile

Qualification
: Any Graduate
Experience
: Around 3 years in the
Service domain
, preferably in
Consumer Electronics, Consumer Durables, AC companies
, or similar sectors
Preferred Industry Background
:

Samsung

Other leading consumer electronics/service-focused companies
