Job SummaryThe Maintenance Assistant Manager will oversee and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the plant's machinery, equipment, HVAV, Chiller Plant ,Clean Room and infrastructure. The role involves implementing preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting equipment issues, managing a maintenance team, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. Key Responsibilities:---- 1.Maintenance Operations 2.Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across the plant. 3.Implement and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance schedules. 4.Ensure timely repair and servicing of machinery to minimize downtime. Team Supervision:--- 5.Manage and guide the maintenance team, including technicians and junior staff. 6.Provide training and skill development opportunities for team members. 7.Conduct performance evaluations and ensure high team morale. Equipment and System Management :---- 8.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems. 9. Maintain records of equipment, repairs, and maintenance activities. 10.Recommend upgrades or replacements for outdated equipment. Safety and Compliance:---- 11.Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards in all maintenance activities. 12.Conduct regular safety audits and inspections. 13.Maintain compliance with plant regulations and industry standards. Inventory and Budget Management :--- 14.Monitor and manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability during emergencies. 15.Assist in preparing and managing the maintenance department budget. 16.Optimize costs while maintaining the quality of maintenance services. Collaboration and Reporting :---- 17.Work closely with production and quality teams to address equipment-related issues. 18.Prepare and present maintenance reports to the Plant Manager. 19.Participate in strategic planning for plant improvements and capacity enhancements. Key Qualifications:--- Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field. Diploma holders with substantial experience will also be considered. Experience: --- 5+ years of experience in plant maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Skills: ----- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Experience in handling PLCs and automation systems.

Work ExperienceAt least 2 Year in CD products, especially in LED TV-Technical qualification is ITI/Diploma in electronics onlyManaging technical escalation in reference of ELS report with respective Service partner. Identified the ELS report in Technically. Fresh defective material monitoring and approval.Dispute case to be verify and action apply ETE.OQC verification of repaired material as per standard.
