Job Description

Job Summary:

Provide technical support to users and coordinate with vendors when required.
CCTV, and NVR Maintenance, Manage and maintain surveillance camera systems, ensuring proper installation, configuration, and functionality.
IT inventory management
Laptop/Desktop and Hardware Management and windows/users backup and windows installation.
Maintain the organization network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi devices.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points. Manage and maintain IP addressing, subnetting, and routing configurations.
Support configuration and maintenance of Windows, data backup, disaster recovery.
Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations of HP Devices.
Users data backup and mail id configure and backup.
IT inventory management and keep record in files.
Daily monitoring of NVR Camera, Printers, network switch firewall, Wi-Fi access point, and Centralize UPS health.
Server room and connected Network Racks must be online and always running on centralize UPS, take approval mail for maintenance if require.
Daily Reporting and monthly report summary of IT work
