Area Service Manager

As an Area Manager - Service at Royal Enfield, your role involves taking charge of dealer service performance in the assigned territory. You will lead the implementation of various service processes, guide overall business operations, identify areas for improvements, and support the implementation of new projects. Key Responsibilities: - Create customer engagement plans based on market behavior and competition to target high potential areas with a quick turnaround of customers - Increase After Sales Service to enhance customer market share - Achieve workshop loading targets by managing job orders and service volumes effectively - Understand individual customer needs and exceed their service expectations - Ensure customer satisfaction through quality work and timely service - Maximize customer loyalty by providing constant care and attention - Manage service department employees and monitor their performance - Organize customer engagement events and service camps to increase market share - Contribute to spare parts business plan development by monitoring market trends and competitor information - Resolve customer complaints promptly and handle feedback effectively - Lead Product Quality Reporting, including collecting feedback and warranty claim parts audit - Create attractive schemes to encourage customer visits to the workshop - Communicate with customers via SMS and social media to promote on-time periodic service and other benefits - Provide tips on motorcycle care and maintenance to customers regularly - Conduct routine meetings to understand ground reality and improve business among the aftersales regional retail team - Support spare parts management and new model service readiness Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering - 5+ years of experience in a similar role with expertise in service marketing, dealer service/parts operations, and territory/dealer management Royal Enfield offers a range of benefits including fast-track career growth, leadership development programs, medical insurance, life cover, career progression opportunities, equal employment opportunities, employee discounts, parental coverage, rewards and recognition, and maternity/paternity leave and benefits.,
