We have an opening for Area Service In charge (Full Time In-office).
Experience: 5+ years in operations, preferably from Kitchen Appliances.
· Manage and oversee the entire service operation of Bilaspur Territory (Bilaspur, Raigarh, Baloda Bazar, Bhatapara, Ambikapur, Korba, Jhanjgir-Champa) ensuring seamless sales services.
· TAT & Revenue Management: - Monitor and enhance TAT, increase revenue from spares sales, customer retention (ACMC) & sales of FG Machines to customer.
· Service Franchise Management-Monitor and improve the performance of authorized service franchisees and Service engineers.
· Customer Satisfaction: Ensure High customer satisfaction by addressing complaints, resolving escalations and improving service quality.
· Dealer & Networks Coordination: Regular visit to dealers for service coordination and customer issue resolution.

Followup daily calls to track & maintain the TAT & Calls Pendency
