Area Service Incharge

You will be responsible for the following key tasks as an Area Services Incharge: - Achieving Service Targets: Ensure that dealerships meet or exceed service volume targets. - Increasing Market Share: Implement strategies to grow the company's market share in the assigned region. - Dealership Management: Manage and support dealerships within the assigned area. - After-Sales Service: Oversee all aspects of after-sales service, including quality control, customer satisfaction, and process improvements. - Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to service processes and procedures. - Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and resolve any issues promptly. - Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Travel: Be prepared for frequent travel within the assigned region to visit dealerships and support service operations. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Electronics Maintenance services. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize work accordingly.
