We are hiring Postion- Area Services Incharge Exp-2-5year Salary - 50-60k Location - Ernakulam Achieving Service Targets: Ensuring that dealerships meet or exceed service volume targets. Increasing Market Share: Implementing strategies to grow the company's market share in the assigned region. Dealership Management: Managing and supporting dealerships within the assigned area. After-Sales Service: Overseeing all aspects of after-sales service, including quality control, customer satisfaction, and process improvements. Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing improvements to service processes and procedures. Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring that customers receive satisfactory service and resolving any issues. Performance Monitoring: Tracking and analyzing service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Travel: Frequent travel within the assigned region to visit dealerships and support service operations.
