Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for channel sales through Dealers, Distributors and retailers to achieve sales targets.
Manage secondary sales revenue through retail outlets
Create awareness about KSB Products in given territory and do direct selling for the retail outlets
Appointment of new dealers / distributors /retails
Manage the DSRs and ensure sales targets are achieved through pushing stock outs to assigned outlets.
Monitor sales data and keep up to date with current market trends and customer needs which includes customer queries and complaints.
Ensure availability of stocks in all outlets across range
Focus on activating new channels markets, retailers, sub-dealers

Preferred candidate profile

Sales Experience
: Minimum 2-8 years in sales, preferably in industrial products, mechanical systems, or spare parts for pumps, compressors, or machinery.
Technical Sales
: Experience in selling technical products with an understanding of how they function and the ability to explain technical details to customers.
Industry Experience
: Experience in the pump industry (pumps and related systems for water, chemicals, oil & gas, HVAC, etc.) or similar sectors like manufacturing, construction, or engineering.
