Job Responsibilities

• Sales and Customer Service

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide product information, suggest styles, and assist customers in selecting jewelry that fits their preferences.
• Drive sales through effective selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized attention.

• Product Knowledge

  :
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in jewelry.
• Be knowledgeable about product specifications, features, and benefits.
• Help customers with any inquiries related to materials, gemstones, and other jewelry specifics.

• Visual Merchandising

  :
• Ensure the store display is well-organized, clean, and attractive.
• Assist in arranging the jewelry in line with brand standards.

• Sales Targets and Performance

  :
• Meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
• Keep track of inventory levels and notify management of stock needs.

• Processing Transactions

  :
• Operate the POS system for transactions.
• Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods with accuracy.

• Customer Relationship Management

  :
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience

  :
• Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or luxury items, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of jewelry products, gemstones, and metals is an advantage.
• Team-oriented, with a positive attitude.

• Education

  :
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or jewelry preferred.
