Job Description

Key responsibilities

Greet and assist customers; recommend jewellery products based on their needs.
Explain features of gold, diamond, solitaire, and gemstone pieces.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets; contribute to store performance.
Maintain attractive, organized displays and counters per brand standards.
Handle billing, documentation, and POS operations accurately.
Provide aftersales support and follow up with customers.
Support in store events, promotions, and festive drives.
Adhere to SOPs, security protocols, and ethical guidelines.

Eligibility / skills

Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
02 years of retail experience; jewellery retail preferred.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Presentable, confident, and targetdriven.
Basic understanding of jewellery products; willingness to learn more.
Comfortable working in a team and handling multiple customers.
