Area Sales Officer

Job Title: Sales Officer – Tile Adhesive Division Company: Zar Metamorphose Combine Pvt. Ltd. (Magic Paints) Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives Experience: 1–4 years (Preferred: Building Material / Tile Adhesive) Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Officer for our Tile Adhesive Division in Nagpur. The role requires field sales experience and strong networking skills to expand our dealer and project network. Responsibilities: Promote and sell tile adhesive products in the assigned territory. Identify and onboard new dealers, applicators, and project clients. Conduct product demos and site visits. Monitor competitor activity and submit market feedback. Achieve monthly sales and collection targets. Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and deliveries. Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM tools. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or diploma in any field (Preferred: BE or MBA). 1+ year experience in field sales (Preferably in construction chemicals, adhesives, or building materials). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned area. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, etc.).
