Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area
  • Drive volume growth, product mix, and market share for food products
  • Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions when needed

Channel & Distribution Management

  • Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors and key accounts
  • Ensure optimal product availability and visibility in all outlets
  • Expand distribution reach in general trade, modern trade

Team Management

  • Lead, train, and motivate Sales Officers / Sales Executives
  • Set clear objectives and review team performance regularly
  • Conduct market visits and joint field work with the sales team

Market Execution & Promotion

  • Implement trade marketing activities, schemes, and promotions
  • Ensure effective in-store branding and merchandising
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence, competitor activity, and consumer trends
