Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales activities for construction chemical products such as adhesives, epoxy, retail sales, tile adhesives,
waterproofing
, and other related materials.
Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and revenue growth in the Ahmedabad region.
Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to drive business success.
Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and provide solutions using our product offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

7-12 years of experience in area sales management or similar role in the building material industry.
Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.E.) from a recognized university in Any Specialization; Master's degree preferred (M.Tech).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective planning, execution, and relationship-building skills.
