1. Meet or exceed annual sales targets for PVC pipes and fittings within the assigned state, focusing on both existing and new customers.
2. Motivate and supervise the sales team, provide coaching and training, and manage their performance
3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and other stakeholders within the state.
4. Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the state, including pricing, promotions, and distribution channel management.
5.Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies to capture market share
