Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Mysore. The Area Sales Manager will oversee and manage sales operations within a specified geographic area. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, managing client accounts, leading and motivating the sales team, meeting sales targets, and analyzing sales data to improve performance. Responsibilities also include maintaining client relationships and ensuring that all services are delivered according to client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Management and Strategy Development
• Client Relationship Management and Account Management skills
• Leadership and Team Management skills
• Strong Analytical and Data Interpretation skills
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
• Ability to work on-site in Mysore
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in facilities management or related services is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
