Job Overview:

Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the assigned area.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure performance and goal achievement.
  • Manage distributor and retailer relationships to maximize sales and product visibility.
  • Identify and onboard new business partners while strengthening existing networks.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
  • Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for local promotional activities and product campaigns.
  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure availability, visibility, and compliance with company policies.
