• Lead & manage a team of 15–25 Field Sales Executives (FSEs)
• Execute regional marketing campaigns
• Train teams on sales, product, and communication
• Drive daily performance & meet KPIs
• Represent Spixar with professionalism in your region
• ₹30,000 during 3-month probation (performance-based)
• Fuel reimbursement
• Post-confirmation: 20% hike + incentives + bonuses
• Fast-track career path: AM → Sr. AM → Cluster Manager → Zonal Manager
• Graduate with 7+ years in field sales (4+ years in team management)
• Excellent communication, leadership & execution skills
• Ready for local travel and on-ground responsibility
