Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive business for Loan Against Property (Prime LAP). The role involves achieving sales targets, building strong DSA and connector networks, and ensuring quality portfolio sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly LAP sales and disbursement targets.
  • Build and manage relationships with DSAs, connectors, and channel partners.
  • Source quality business and maintain portfolio health.
  • Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing.
  • Generate leads through market references and personal network.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in LAP / Mortgage sales.
  • Strong local market knowledge and DSA network.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
