Job Description

Responsibilities:-

Business Development & Sales

Drive sales of Shakti s Fire Fighting Pump Sets (both electric and diesel, including jockey pumps and controllers), targeting sectors such as commercial complexes, petrochemical, high-rises, airports, hospitals, etc.

Lead Generation & Customer Outreach

Identify and engage potential clients dealers, distributors, contractors and new market segments to generate orders from both existing and new customers.

Strategic Planning & Execution

Develop and implement effective sales strategies, action plans, and promotional campaigns (exhibitions, print ads, dealer meets) to boost visibility

and reach.

Territory & Relationship Management

Conduct regular visits to clients, mechanics, sub dealers and participate in exhibitions or competitor engagement to strengthen market positioning.

Sales Reporting & MIS

Maintain timely and accurate daily sales reports, MIS, and distributor activity records potentially through platforms like Shakti s mobile app.

Customer Support & After Sales Service

Coordinate with service teams to resolve client issues quickly, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Target Achievement & Forecasting

Set and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets; provide accurate forecasts and performance reports.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure adherence to relevant standards and regulations (e.g., IS 12469, ISO 2858) and prepare necessary documentation for regulatory and internal purposes.
