Area Sales Manager

You will be responsible for opening new distributors (DB) across Madhya Pradesh and building and managing the complete sales setup from scratch in the assigned region. Your key responsibilities will include recruiting, training, and leading Sales Officers (SO) and field sales staff, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, monitoring distributor performance, and ensuring market expansion. Additionally, you will maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts, ensure proper product visibility, placement, and brand promotion in the market, and track competitor activities and market trends to make strategic decisions. Qualifications required for this role include 8-10 years of experience in the color cosmetics or beauty products industry, a strong network with distributors and retailers in MP, proven experience in team building and region sales management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a willingness to travel across assigned territories.
