Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly targets in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales volume, market share, and customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to expand product reach.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-7 years of experience in B2B Sales or General Trade channel management.
  • MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any Specialization).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective distribution handling and relationship building.
  • Strong understanding of FMCG industry dynamics with knowledge of P&G products preferred.
