Conduct regular field visits to monitor performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition. Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in B2B Sales or General Trade channel management. MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any Specialization). Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective distribution handling and relationship building. Strong understanding of FMCG industry dynamics with knowledge of P&G products preferred.
