• Sales Strategy & Execution:

  Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue within the assigned territory.

• Team Leadership:

  Coach, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, setting individual and team performance goals.

• Performance Monitoring:

  Track sales performance against targets, analyze sales data, and provide actionable insights to improve results.

• Customer & Market Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and channel partners, while also identifying and developing new business opportunities.

• Market Analysis:

  Analyze market trends, competitive strategies, and competitor activities to inform growth plans and identify new opportunities.

• Reporting:

  Create and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to senior management and relevant departments like Marketing.

• Collaboration:

  Work with marketing and product development teams to align local sales efforts with broader company goals and messaging.

Required Skills & Qualifications
