Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for paper products in the domestic market.
  
• Identify and acquire new clients while nurturing long-term relationships with existing customers.
  
• Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful deal closures.
  
• Track competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and demand forecasts.
  
• Work closely with the production, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
  
• Prepare periodic sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence for management.
  
• Represent Siddharth Carbochem Products at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry forums.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Commerce/Management; MBA in Marketing preferred.
  
• 5–10 years of proven sales experience in the

  paper industry

  , with strong knowledge of the domestic market.
• Established network with paper distributors, printers, publishers, and corporate buyers.
  
• Solid understanding of paper grades, specifications, and applications across industries.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
