1. Preparation of yearly business plan for Area/Region, coordinating, following up and reviewing the implementation of the sales and marketing plan.
2. -Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team and dealers of an assigned territory. 3. Appointment and Management of dealer network and coordination with regional heads. 4. Together with the sales teams defining the strategy and translating it into a definite sales strategy and objectives, in order to set the direction that the sales business will take. 5. Contacting and informing existing customers and new prospects, in order to keep the market up to date about the product portfolio. 6. Expanding the customer base in the regions, to contribute to the revenue by appointment training of new distributors.
7. Identifying and actively search for new prospects, analysing sales potential and work out sales activities.
8. Evaluating existing markets, market sizes, trends and prices and collating information to develop market and to identify potential markets.
9. Competition analysis and strategies to counter competition.
10. Credit management, monitoring collection of accounts receivables. 11. Attend meetings, seminars, and conferences as appropriate.
