DESIGNATION: AREA SALES MANAGER (MICRO LAP)
Locations: North Gujarat (Himmatnagar) + Saurashtra & Kutch (Rajkot)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:
• Manage Secured Micro LAP for given cluster.
• Identify and hire the frontline sales team as per the allocated manpower budget.
• To provide guidance and facilitation to the team to formulate and drive plans for their respective
locations.
• Key deliverables that need to be driven are disbursements, Fee Income, Rate of Interest, Cost of
Acquisition, Cross Sell.
• Responsible to setup a distribution channel for sourcing Small / Micro Loans.
• Portfolio monitoring on regular basis to track the achievement towards the defined targets.
• Work with the functions such as Credit, Operations, Legal & Product teams in executing the dayto
day transactions.
• Understand customer requirement & provide offerings that suits customer needs within the
parlance of regulatory/compliance framework.
• Perform regular trainings for the sales team & channel partners on the product/process nuances.
• Coordinate with Sales Support team on channel payouts.
